Cell is a recuperator from a firm called CLOCK WORKS. She is a post war enabled santinel tasked to track down any survivors and retrive them back to HQ via calling for a transport. Usually she relocates the people to a safe and reachable location, as the actual rescue team uses a camouflaged tank like unit with little speed or vertical movement.
